Biogensys is hiring Data Entry Clerkfor one of their clients in Berkeley, CA.

Job Description:

• The incumbent will primarily be working with large data sets and performing data entry, data sorting, conditional formatting of data, and data cleanup. The assignment may also involve other specialized data entry from paper forms into a proprietary database, and miscellaneous clerical support work

Skills Required:

• Intermediate Excel skills are REQUIRED.
• 10-key by touch
• Minimum 97% data entry accuracy rate (provide proof with the Resume)
• Multi-level sorting of data
• Conditional formatting of data
• Conversion of data stored as text to numbers
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail

Skills Preferred:

• Database management/data verification;
• Proofreading/copy editing

Experience Required:

• Work on data entry projects using large data sets (10,000 lines or more)

Experience Preferred:

• Database management

Education Required:

• HS or Bachelor’s degree or data entry technician certificate preferred

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or data entry technician certificate

Work Hours:

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $29.00 – $29.94 per hour
