They are now looking for an Intermediate Water Resources Engineer to join their Christchurch team.

About The Role

As an Intermediate Water Resources Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and management of water resources projects. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and scientists to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conducting hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Conducting site investigations and data analysis
• Preparing technical reports and proposals
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders
• Design of hydraulic structures in open or closed channel flow
• Detailed design, tendering, contract administration and construction supervision

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in water resources engineering
• Strong knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
• Experience in stormwater management design
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
