We are looking for a strong HR Coordinator to join a dynamic and supportive HR team. We are seeking a self-starter with a relevant degree to join our client that is highly customer-focused and encourages lots of growth and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a sizable and successful HR team in fast-paced and pressured environment. You will be a great team player and have the capability of working autonomously. This is a great role that offers you variety and development as you work closely with a supportive HR leader.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing employment contracts, variations and letters
• Maintaining new hire and employee information
• Collating new starter induction packs
• Managing immigration and visa processes for employees
• Provide reporting for the HR team when required
• Answering HR general enquiries
• Maintain policies and procedures
• Working on various projects
• Organising orientations, training sessions, and performance reviews

In addition to the above you will have:

• Precious experience in an HR role
• Personable, hard -working and flexible attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably Experience working in a similar role
• Confident in dealing with people
• Highly organised
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS office skills
