Hardy Windows Hiring for Finish Carpenter – Journeyman and Apprentice at Placentia, CA Full Time

Hardy Window Company is actively searching for full time Production Finish Carpenters to join our well established team in Orange County. WE HAVE YEAR ROUND WORK – THIS POSITION IS NOT SEASONAL.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in finish carpentry

Commercial hardware installation experience (panic bars, commercial door openers/closers, etc .)

Door hanging and window installation experience

Shelving experience

Other Requirements:

Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
Must have own tools for use at job sites
Must have a safety installed on all power tools
Valid California drivers license
Must drive a personal truck or vehicle

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Committed to working an 8-hour work day in the field
Possibility for overtime & weekend work as needed
Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws
Use levels on door jams and any other install material that is required to be level and plumb

There is room to move up the company ladder as the business continues to grow, assuming job performance is satisfactory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
