What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Porsche San Francisco team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and professional way
• Clerical duties as listed below, as well as assigned duties that may not be listed
• Collect payments for Parts, Service and Sales
• Call clients about picking up license plates
• Enter inventory information into computer for sales and service
• Prepare inventory documents and keys for sales and service
• Prepare supply list and order
• Print E-Tags/Temp tags
• Send out FedEx packages
• Prepare Cashier report daily
• Post documents
• Review scanned documents for accuracy
• Enter information into excel spreadsheets
• Match documents, sort documents, scan documents
• Learn company process and procedures for assigned tasks
• Complete special projects in a timely manner

Pay range for this role is: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
