Within IfATE, the Delivery Group is responsible for supporting employers and other stakeholders to develop apprenticeships and technical education products.
Within the Delivery Group, the Products Community of Practice (CoP) is a relatively new team responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and consistent application of operational policy and processes which underpin the development and approval of our products
The advertised post is a new role, and its primary purpose is to support the Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager within the Products CoP in delivering the Delivery Group’s Improvement Programme and Strategy by helping to improve and ensure the consistent application of operational process in the development, approval, through-life maintenance and withdrawal of IfATE’s products.
The role will involve collaborating mainly with colleagues within the organisation responsible for delivering the products but is likely to also involve some external engagement with customer and stakeholder groups.

You will also be asked questions based on the following behaviours at Interview:
As part of your interview you will be asked to provide a 5-10 minute verbal presentation on a Continuous Improvement project you have delivered. Further details of the presentation will be included in your invitation to interview.
Interviews will take place remotely at a time and date to be confirmed.

The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education does not cover the cost of travel to your interview/assessment unless otherwise stated.
