Reporting directly through to the Managing Director this newly created role will see you bring your skills, expertise and flair to ensure the ongoing growth and success of the organisation through masterful marketing strategy and delivery!

The key focus of the role will be to create, manage and deliver the marketing function across our brand suite in alignment with our companies business strategy and style.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

 Effectively lead and manage the marketing function across the business

 Manage day to day marketing activity to ensure effective delivery

 Create, manage and deliver the marketing strategy for the organisation

 Website and associated communications are relevant and customer centric

 Manage marketing budgets across the organisation

 Create unique value propositions and relative content

 Utilise data and automation to create an outstanding customer experience

 Manage all agency relationships

 Actively collaborate with technical and sales teams

 Day to day management and development of the marketing team

 Monthly reporting of the marketing function

To be a success in this role you will:

 Be a strong collaborative and open communicator

 A creative and innovative thinker

 Have the ability to adapt and be agile in our ever changing and growing environment

 Have a relevant qualification or industry experience

 Proven experience on B2B marketing

 Be an industry knowledge and thought leader – our brand ambassador!

 Previous experience leading and managing a successful team

 An background in the construction industry is ideal but not essential
