Open and close office each day. Greet clients. Answer phones, take messages, direct calls. Transcription. Document creation, e-filing, recording. Receive payments and provide receipt. Retrieve and distribute mail. Open and close files, maintain regular filing. Witness documents. Copy documents. Notarize documents. Any and all general clerical duties. Ability to work independently. Previous experience in a law office preferred.
