Summary

Looking for a trustworthy, detail oriented, articulate communicator who is approachable, nurturing, yet able to fluently “gate-keep” and coordinate an extensive schedule .

This individual would help coordinate efforts, speaking engagements, brand management, and communications on two national thought leadership brands.

Time Commitment

Initially this would be a part time engagement and would be a perfect opportunity for an individual who desires impact, influence, and intellectual stimulation yet also desires to maintain a level of home/life balance. This could expand to full time as desired. Most of this work can be done from home and online.

Flexible But Requires Gusto

There is good flexibility with this position, however, I must have someone who is deeply interested. This will need to be one of the 3 primary focuses in their life. If you are looking for an interim, part time, in between position or a job that does not require your deep engagement and buy in, this is NOT the job for you.

Location

Based in Spanish Fork Utah, but most of the work could be done from home or online.

Responsibilities would include:

• Helping manage the calendar, communication, and day to day logistics of a national thought leader.
• Act as a facilitator and general point of contact in communication with strategic partners, potential speaking engagements, and brand management partners
• Manage primary email account and coordinate schedule
• Organize the logistics of events, mentoring engagements, board assignments, and speaking commitments
• Act as the gatekeeper in ensuring the correct individuals pass through to direct communciation
• Coordinate with other national thought leaders executive assistants to coordinate schedules and speaking engagements
• Book individuals on a podcast
• Working across time zones with other high impact teams
• Helping coordinate travel and logistic details ensuring that the executive is not dropping balls and can simply show up and present
• Marketing support for books and media being released
• Management of a weekly newsletter
• Potentially helping manage a professional video studio

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
