One of the world’s leading real estate investment managers with presence in 16 countries worldwide is looking for an Analyst – Acquisitons & Asset Management, with minimum 2-years relevant working experience and familiar with real estae industry. The position will be based in Singapore.
 
The person will be responsible for cash flow modeling and supporting the investment analyses (IC memorandum, returns and sensitivity analytics), investment due diligence (legal, tax, physical and environmental, title/survey, etc.), sourcing, structuring, negotiation, research and other execution work, also follow up investment and asset management progress.
