We offer land development consultancy services to developers and our projects range in scope from large scale master-planned communities in greenfield locations, to complex infill developments in brownfields sites, right down to smaller residential subdivisions.

With offices in Auckland, Warkworth, Taupo, Tauranga, Rotorua and Queenstown you’ll be part of an 85+ strong team of expert surveyors, civil engineers, project managers and development advisors.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor of Engineering or NZCE
• Experience in land development and subdivision design
• Minimum 3 years civil engineering industry experience
• Strong 12D and BricsCAD skills/experience
• Good client relationship skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Organised, proactive and motivated
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Genuine “Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn
