Duty Managers are the lifeblood of
our Supermarket working as a direct interface with our customers while at the
same time managing the productivity and work performance of our Grocery team

We have three Duty Managers at New
World Broadway and are recruiting for one of these positions.  The successful applicant is likely to have
Supermarket experience or similar retail experience and is looking for their
next management opportunity.

This role is demanding but at the
same time very rewarding.  We are looking
for someone who enjoys being challenged by their work and at the same time can
work closely with the store ownership to constantly develop better ways to go
about our work and serve our customers. 
We absolutely are wanting a “Thinker” as well as a “Doer”.

This is a full-time position with a
working week of Tuesday to Saturday including evening shifts.  We are looking for a strong Duty Manager and
