Job Description
The Corporate Systems Intelligence Cloud team is part of the Corporate Systems and Programs organization. We are the owners of the Cloud line of business, leading the way for reporting solutions as our business continuously grows and evolves.
The Role:
The Corporate Systems Program Manager/Analyst serves as subject matter expert for Oracle’s fast-paced Cloud business. In this role, you will understand and stay abreast of the rapidly changing Cloud Framework quote-to-cash business processes and technical solutions. You will actively collaborate with various teams including Finance, Compensation, Sales, Finance, other Operations teams, and IT to provide reporting solutions.
Our team is the liaison between business and technical teams for all things Cloud reporting. As part of this team, you will drive analytics strategy, influence business processes and technical solutions to meet business reporting requirements.
You will work with large datasets using Excel, OBIEE and/or Data Visualizer and extract key insights to help management make key business decisions. This role has ongoing operational activities as

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide consulting on reporting solutions and operational business processes for the Cloud line of business.
Collaborate with and influence business stakeholders and development teams at multiple levels of hierarchy to deliver optimal reporting solutions.
Perform data analysis to uncover anomalies, validate reports, test transaction and reporting solutions, trouble shoot issues, and provide insights into business activities and trends.
Uphold standards of consistency, high data quality, simplicity, and ease of use.
Translate business requirements to technical teams.
Lead and/or participate in projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and go live stages using a scenario-based approach.
Anticipate business needs, identify risks and employ mitigation strategies
Perform testing of BI solutions, data integration and reporting functions through data validation
Create training and communication slides, videos and other media for sharing knowledge using a train-the-trainers approach
Preferred Qualifications:
8 years business experience with reporting and data analysis, combining project work (at least 5 years) and operational or financial analysis.
Experience coordinating, managing, and delivering cross organizational, global reporting projects.
Experience developing business processes and associated documentation and training.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups and other Excel functions.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
SuperUser fluency in OBIEE, Data Visualization or similar reporting solutions.

Hiring Range: from $41.78 to $85.67 per hour; from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
