Essential Functions of the Job :

• Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.

• Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets.

• Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.

• Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines and regularly scheduled program reviews.

• Work with Business Management group and support with commercial and technical proposals.

• Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved, prepared, and able to support customer requests.

• Assisting in the development of market literature.

• Tracking of divisional programs and objectives.

• Coordinating process and procedure improvement/implementation.

• Support market research and research on new application potential.

• Manage weekly sales reports.

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

  Experience :

• None Required

• Internship/job in Market Research recommended

• Self-starter, motivated and resourceful – think outside the box.

• Detail-oriented and possesses a good work ethic.

• Results driven and willing to exceed goals and objectives. Able to communicate with all levels of the organization , both verbally and in writing.

• Able to prioritize and solve practical problems.

• Ability to apply basic concepts of math and analyze results.

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel (Pivot tables & VLOOKUP)

• The employee generally works indoors within the office and manufacturing areas.
