Tourism Holdings Limited Looking for Payroll Administrator – Part Time – Auckland Central at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for aPart-Time Payroll Administrator to join our Auckland-based team.

Reporting to the GM People, you’ll be providing effective administration and coordination services, including payroll assistance to the business. In this role you will be working around 20-25 hours per week.

Key Criteria For Our Winning Candidate

• Extensive knowledge in payroll-related processes and specifically payroll systems such as Payglobal (Highly recommended).
• Knowledge of wages law, payroll processing and accounts payable.
• Ability to deal with complexity and multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High customer service orientation and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Manage weekly and monthly pay runs across the business.
• Aid managers and employees with leave, pay and employment queries.
• Maintain and administer the Payglobal system.
• Report generation includes Annual Leave Liability, Sick Leave, FTE and other reports as requested.
