• Client Consultation: Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel needs to recommend tailored travel packages, accommodations, activities, and services
• Booking Management: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, shows, tours, and transportation while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications
• Destination Expertise: Provide detailed information on Las Vegas attractions, entertainment, dining options, and local events to enhance client itineraries
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional service before, during, and after travel to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
• Sales and Promotion: Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to enhance client experiences and maximize sales opportunities
• Documentation and Logistics: Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents while coordinating logistics for group and individual bookings
• Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery
