Genovice Hiring for Project Manager (Part-time) at Remote Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to step into a part time role leading their Early clinical trial phase. This person will be responsible for working collaboratively with pre-clinical and clinical team members, along with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure all elements of the project are successfully delivered. This is a part time remote role; candidate should be prepared to commit 20 hours a week with no time-conflict to any other projects.

Responsibilities for Project:

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule/work plan

· Ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets

• Report and escalate any issues/challenges to management as needed

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with client as well as other staff members

• Develop agendas and lead weekly team meetings
• Manage contracts with vendors/suppliers by delegating tasks and communicating all deliverables
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, communicating day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Qualifications for Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree BA/BS required preferably in a related field
• 7+ years of Project Management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience working in early drug development
• Experience seeing projects through Pre and/or early clinical trial phases
• Experience working with cross functional groups (CMC, DMPK, etc.)
• Proven ability to solve problems
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Smartsheet, Office Timeline, etc.), methodologies, and best practices

· Ability to work in a virtual team during PST time

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

Project Duration: 6 months (possibility to extend)

Hours: Part-time

Location: Remote
