This is a key role within a busy team providing first point of contact and support to users. You will primarily be based in the Sydney Jones Library initially, but will work across multiple University sites as required.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Libraries, Museums and Galleries department is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Library Assistant to join the Customer Services team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide high quality, customer focused services to library users at Help Desks, Reception and online. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
